Rachel Bilson (as Zoe Hart) in Rag & Bone

Did anyone else happen to catch the premiere of Rachel Bilson's Hart of Dixie last night? I never thought I'd say this as the biggest OC fan ever, but I think her character Zoe Hart's style may just be better than Summer Roberts' was!

Here Ms. Bilson as Zoe Hart is in a fantastic pair of Rag & Bone Malin Pants, a Theory Yessica Striped Top, a Veronique Leroy jacket and Alexander Wang Kasia Patent Leather Wedges. This outfit is perfection. Complete and utter perfection. The best piece of it all, I think, which ties the entire ensemble together, is that to-die-for Veronique Leroy Jacket. The floral stitching is adorable.

Rachel, welcome back. We've missed you.

2011 Teen Choice Awards Best Dressed

Actors, singers, reality stars and athletes alike flocked to the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on Sunday, August 7 for the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. While I was slightly bummed that Kristen Stewart, one of my biggest girl crushes, couldn't make it and dazzle us with another one of those rockerish, bad-add shimmery outfits of hers, there was still an abundance of style in attendance to make me smile. The following were my top five favourite outfits from this year's TCA`s.

Best Dressed Number One: Lucy Hale
Oh hi there Lucy Hale, star of the hit show Pretty Little Liars, can I PLEASE have your shoes? Lucy looked gorgeous while struttin' her stuff on the blue carpet in a Cengiz Abazoğlu Spring 2010 HC Sequin Cutout Dress and an amazing architectual pair of Giuseppe Zanotti Double Platform No Heel Peep Toe Pumps. Extra points to girlfriend for not having fallen on her face.

Best Dressed Number Two: Blake Lively

For a girl with no stylist, Blake sure does make looking effortless yet high fashiony, which is often a very difficult combination, easy. Here she is, looking like a real life Barbie Doll in the best possible way, wearing a Gucci Resort 2012 Leather Dress, Christian Louboutin Pigalle Python Pumps and dangly Lorraine Schwartz Sharp Triangled Diamond Earrings.

Best Dressed Number Three: Rachel Bilson

Rachel Bilson has been popping up everywhere (finally!) now that she's back acting again. I cannot explain how excited I was to see her adorable little self on stage to present an award. Anyways, she looked flirty, Victorian and completely stunning in a Chloe Resort 2012 Silk Dress and some edgy, embellished Brian Atwood Cohen Borchie Boots.

Best Dressed Number Four: Nikki Reed

My least favourite Twilight Vampire, Nikki Reed, who was for some reason nominated in the Best Vampire category when Ashley Greene was not, looked bohemian and on-trend in an ETRO Spring 2011 Ready-To-Wear Halter Printed Dress, a Salvatore Ferragamo Metal Minaudière With Ton-Sur-Ton Leather Detailing and an Etro Spring 2011 Hammered Cuff. The cuff is just perfect. It toughens up the flowy dress just enough.

Best Dressed Number Five: Emma Stone

In my eyes, Emma Stone can do no wrong. Except for those freakish hip pocket things that uglied-up her Crazy, Stupid, Love premiere dress, but whatever. She more than made up for it at the TCA`s, where she honoured BFF Taylor Swift with the Ultimate Choice award, in a ladylike Christian Dior Resort 2012 Colorblock Dress and Lanvin Resort 2012 Sandals. Simple, yet totally fantastic. She`s perfect.

Oh, and just because it`s seriously hilarious- I tried to vote for this year`s awards, and was told I`m too old. It was one of the most hearbreaking moments of my life thus far. Sigh. To be 18 again.

Rachel Bilson in Erdem

Rachel Bilson, star of the CW's new series Hart of Dixie, hit the red carpet last night (August 3) for the CBS, The CW and Showtime TCA Party at The Pagoda, Beverly Hills.

Rachel was looking, as always, totally pulled-together and gorgeous in an Erdem Resort 2012 Floral Blouse, Erdem Resort 2012 Coral Pants, a Giuseppe Zanotti Envelope Clutch and a surprising pair of Christian Louboutin Leopard Pony Hair Pumps. I adore the mix match of floral and leopard print here. The pumps add a little bit of an eclectic edge to the otherwise matchy outfit.And how dewy is her skin here? Stuh-ning.

UPDATE: Rachel Bilson in AG Adriano Goldschmied

Rachel Bilson, my personal style icon, was photographed having lunch with a friend at the Mustard Seed Cafe on Monday, June 27 in Los Feliz, California.

For her day date Rachel wore a bright pair of AG Adriano Goldschmied Farrah Skinny Crop Jeans in Ulta Violet, a James Perse Mini Rib Tank, her signature Ray Ban Wayfarers and Soludos Playa Seersucker Flat Espadrilles. I like how Rachel let her jeans carry the outfit here; it's a perfect example of how to rock the colour block trend without going overboard.

In other Rachel news, it's less than three months now until Hart of Dixie premieres on the CW! They've really amped up their promotion of it lately, showing promos almost every time the network has a commercial break. I'm quite excited to see Rachel act again, are you?

What I Love: Holiday Weekend

It's June 27, readers, which means for both my fellow Canadians and our lovely U.S. neighbours to the south, this coming weekend is going to stretch on three days rather than two! I hope your mini holiday will be jam-packed full of beaches, barbecues and other fabulous summertime things. I'll be celebrating my birthday! Even without the stress of work though, I know long weekends can sometimes be a little hectic. Why, you ask? Well, what are you going to wear to look great while you're hitting the beach, attending the barbecue or doing the other fabulous summertime things? Below are my top five necessary pieces for an easy, stylish summer long weekend.

Piece 1: Elizabeth and James Fairfax Sunglasses

Piece 4: Blue Life Oh So Glam Dress

I've already made my obsession with Blue Life and Blu Moon quite clear on starry-eyed and lustful, and my instant love for this dress was no different. Throw it on for a night of patio drinks and you'll look effortlessly feminine and breezy. Bonus if your prettily-patterned bikini is visible from the low cut back!

Piece 5: J Brand Low Rise Cutoff Shorts

Numerous celebs (Ashley Benson, Rachel Bilson, Hilary Duff) have already been spotted in J Brand's colourful Mid Rise Skinnies, so I'm sure it's just a matter of times before we see them in these shorts as well! From purple to teal to light pink, the J Brand Low Rise Cutoff Shorts come in a variety of bright hues. Yesterday (May 26) Rachel Bilson, a true denim darling, was spotted having lunch with  on-and-off-again boyfriend and former fiance, Hayden Christensen, at a food truck in Los Angeles. According to blogger Jared Eng of JustJared.com, the two were famished from a morning house hunting together! Maybe the wedding will be on again soon?

Anyways, here Rachel is wearing her favourite Paige Premium Denim Skyline Ankle Skinny Jeans in Beachwood, a military style jacket, Ray Ban Wayfarers and an amazing pair of ankle booties. I'm not yet sure who makes the boots, but I'll try to hunt that information down for all of you. You know, in case seeing Rachel in them makes you want them as much as I do!

Rachel Bilson Does Double Denim

One of my all time fave style icons, Rachel Bilson, was seen shopping with her mom, Janice the sex therapist, in Los Angeles on Monday, May 23. 

For her mother-daughter shopping excursion Rachel chose an AG Adriano Goldschmied Denim Jacket, black skinny jeans with an ankle zipper detail, her signature Ray Ban Wayfarers and a pair of earrings from pal/costar  in BFF and Baby Kate Bosworth and designer Cher Coulters' line, JewelMint.

Rachel Bilson attended the CW Upfronts today (May 19), which were held at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City. Ms. Bilson was there to promote her new show, which I am so unexplainably excited for, Hart of Dixie.

For her first ever event promoting Hart of Dixie, Rachel wore a Chanel Couture Dress, Chanel Fine Jewlery Necklace and Brian Atwood pumps. As always she looked effortlessly pulled-together and jaw-droppingly beautiful. I'm also still loving her ombre hair. So pretty!

Normally I'm not a huge fan of the simple when it comes to fashion, but I have been absolutely obsessed with Ms. Bilson since her Summer Roberts days on The OC. The mini actress/InStyle contributer/designer manages to make me want everything she is wearing any time she's photographed. This outfit is no exception.
